Please respect social distancing guidelines at all times. Auctioneers and associates will maintain correct physical distance between bidders.
Face coverings are required to attend the auction. Please wear a face-covering as you enter and exit the building. Auction attendees should also continue wearing masks any time they are unable to maintain six feet of social distance between themselves and other attendees that are not in their family or traveling party. Once seated, and properly distanced, face coverings may be temporarily removed to consume concessions. But attendees are expected to wear masks anytime they are up and moving around the auction house (entering, exiting, visiting concession stand, bathrooms, checking-in and checking-out). For your safety, our auction associates will be wearing face coverings. We want to continue to have sales during the fall and winter months so we appreciate your cooperation.
There will be a new set-up for weekly auctions. The cashier will now be located in office. Customers will approach window w/ Plexiglas shield to acquire bid number card. Customer will tell cashier their name and cashier will fill in bid card. Bid card will then be handed to customer. Hand sanitizer will be located as cashier station. Markings on floor (six feet apart) will show customers where to stand. Customers will check-out in this area as well following those above protocols. A small plastic tub will be used when cash and change is needed to be made.
In the ring area, every other row of seats will be roped off. These seats are available on a first come first serve basis. Please do not sit directly next to someone that isn’t in your Covid-bubble or circle of friends/ family. You will no longer be able to reserve your seat with boxes. There will be some areas to stand during the sale. Please respect social distancing guidelines and do not congregate in groups.
Masks are required for all employees. Hand sanitizer will be available at all times. Employees are required to wash hands with soap every 30 minutes.
Frequently touched surfaces (tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, sinks and credit card machine) will be cleaned multiple times during the day including the restrooms.
Microphone will be disinfected during a change in auctioneers.
We will reevaluate these polices from week to week. And we will make changes accordingly to how things work, don’t work and everything in-between.
Recommendations for Bidders:
If you are sick and or showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 please do not come to the sale or enter our building.
Please respect social distancing guidelines at all times.

Remember you are always welcome to call or email in an absentee bid. Please do so by 5:00 PM on Thursday. We anticipate that we will have an increase in the number of absentee bids that we have from week to week.
Within reason, please do not touch or handle the merchandise.
Face coverings are required to attend the auction. Wearing a facemask will help prevent the spread of infection and prevent the individual from contracting any airborne infectious germs. When someone coughs, talks, sneezes they could release germs into the air that may infect others nearby. Face masks are part of an infection control strategy to eliminate cross-contamination.
There will be multiple hand sanitizer stations set up. We recommend using them frequently. It is recommended that everyone to routinely wash their hands with soap in the restrooms.
We are only going to ask someone to leave if they are visibly sick.
Please make a good faith effort to follow these guidelines and recommendations.
These recommendations are put in place to keep everyone safe during this time and will be enforced as we see appropriate if not followed. All guidelines are subject to change. Thank you.
